Part‑Time Human Resources Coordinator (24 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support three Marriott properties in Scotland. This part‑time position (24 hours per week) is based primarily at Residence Inn Edinburgh, with remote collaboration for our Aberdeen locations. You will play a central role in shaping the associate experience from recruitment through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding across all three hotels.
• Oversee the full associate lifecycle, including contracts, transfers, and exits.
• Support employee wellbeing, engagement initiatives, and learning‑and‑development compliance.
• Ensure consistent application of Marriott policies and procedures at each property.
• Provide HR guidance to Heads of Department and property managers.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of the complete HR process (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, off‑boarding).
• Proactive attitude with a genuine passion for people.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt schedule as needed.
