Part‑Time Maintenance Technician (20 hrs/week)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician supports the Community team by delivering high‑standard repairs and routine maintenance across the residential site. The role ensures a clean, safe, and functional environment for residents while working part‑time (20 hours per week) on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day repairs and decoration tasks throughout the building, grounds, and equipment.
• Log and monitor work orders using the TCAS or Base 360 electronic reporting system, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain accurate property maintenance records in line with Greystar policies.
• Manage stock levels of spares, supplies, and consumables, planning ahead to avoid shortages.
• Respond to after‑hours calls that require on‑site presence and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, refuse and recycling facilities, and ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and minor works contractors, keeping detailed performance records.
