Part‑time Operations Executive – Travel Industry

About the role

We are partnering with a specialist travel company to find a part‑time Operations Executive who will help deliver seamless travel experiences for clients. The role blends post‑sales support, logistics coordination and administrative duties, offering a mix of office and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full post‑sales support to the sales team
• Organise airport transfers and ticket seating allocations
• Prepare hotel rooming lists, invoices and final client instructions
• Manage customer invoices and ad‑hoc travel administration tasks

Required profile

• Background or degree in Travel and Tourism
• Operational experience in the travel sector
• Highly organised, proactive and flexible with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication and numerical accuracy

Required skills

• Experience with Amadeus or another GDS
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
