Part‑time Retail Assistant – Evenings & Weekends

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our Farmfoods store in Cheltenham on a permanent part‑time basis. The role involves working evenings during the week and full days on Saturdays and Sundays, providing a welcoming experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them in locating products.
• Operate the tills efficiently, handling transactions and offering help with bagging.
• Receive deliveries, unpack stock and replenish freezers and shelves.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe shop environment by following daily and weekly routines.
• Support teammates by covering shifts when needed and adapting to rota changes.

Required profile

• Positive, hard‑working attitude and enjoyment of a busy retail environment.
• Reliability and punctuality as part of a small team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to adjust shift patterns when required.
