Part‑time Retail Sales Merchandiser – Perry Barr

About the role

Retail Assistants provide face‑to‑face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. This part‑time position (2 hours per week) is based in Perry Barr, with travel to other stores in your zone, and you will work alongside a Team Leader who will coach and support you.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Build relationships with host management teams and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
• Access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting; retail or fashion experience is a plus.
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred.
• Available to start as soon as possible and flexible for shift pattern (2 Fridays).

Required skills

• Apple or Android smartphone with the latest operating system.
• Proficiency with mobile applications used for merchandising tasks.
