Part‑Time Retail Supervisor – Fashion Outlet

About the role

This part‑time position is for an experienced retail supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at the Cotswold Designer Outlet. You will help drive sales, maintain visual standards and ensure an excellent customer experience in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations.
• Lead, motivate and coach the retail team to deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Drive sales performance and help meet KPI targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the shop floor.
• Oversee stock management, deliveries and replenishment processes.
• Open and close the store, handling key holder duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Assistant or Key Holder in retail.
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, accessories or premium retail.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team.
