Part‑time Sales Assistant (8 hrs)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join the team at Resorts World in Birmingham. You will spend up to 8 hours per day helping customers discover the perfect Levi’s fit while delivering a friendly, personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and provide 1:1 styling advice.
• Share product knowledge that inspires confidence and encourages purchase.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.
