Part‑time Sales Executive – BrewDog Grocery (Brighton & Worthing)

About the role

Join Smollan's BrewDog Grocery team as a part‑time Field Sales Executive, responsible for growing the BrewDog brand across major grocery retailers in the Brighton and Worthing area. You will work independently on a 15‑hour weekly schedule, building relationships with store managers and ensuring the brand stands out on shelves.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers.
• Increase BrewDog visibility, availability and sales within major grocery retailers.
• Secure additional displays and promotional space.
• Merchandise stock and maintain excellent on‑shelf availability.
• Introduce new products and promotional activities into stores.
• Gather competitor information and identify new sales opportunities.
• Plan and manage your own territory schedule to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Enjoys building relationships and influencing others.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a personal territory.
• Has experience in grocery, sales, retail, hospitality or other customer‑facing roles.
• Commercially aware and motivated to meet targets.
• Organised, self‑motivated and proactive.
