Part‑time Service Colleague – Retail (Afternoons)

About the role

As a Service Colleague you will be at the heart of the store, helping customers enjoy a smooth and friendly shopping experience. Working afternoons on a part‑time basis, you will support a fast‑paced team in a busy retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Stock shelves and ensure product presentation is tidy.
• Unpack deliveries and organise inventory.
• Pick and pack online orders for collection or delivery.
• Assist with food preparation, including pizza making, when required.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to customers throughout the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the shop area.

• Customer‑focused with a genuine desire to help shoppers.
• Team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive atmosphere.
• Reliable and punctual, taking pride in daily tasks.
• Positive attitude and energetic approach to each shift.
• Eager to learn new processes and develop retail skills.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
