Payroll & Benefits Analyst

About the role

Join a friendly, lively logistics team as a Payroll & Benefits Analyst, processing three high‑volume payrolls for around 1,500 employees. You will work hands‑on with SAP to ensure accurate monthly payroll runs and manage flexible benefits.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end processing of monthly payrolls for three payroll schemes.
• Analyse pre‑payroll reports, reconcile discrepancies and authorise final payroll.
• Perform manual calculations and handle all pay queries.
• Input working hours, deductions and manage statutory forms (P45, P60, P11D).
• Submit HMRC & RTI filings and ensure error‑free overtime and benefit adjustments.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to weekly payroll when required.
• Maintain relationships with benefits providers.

Required profile

• Previous exposure to SAP or a comparable large‑scale payroll system.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct payroll discrepancies.
• Proactive, organised and able to handle challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Irish payroll processes is advantageous.
