Payroll Coordinator

About the role

We are partnering with a prestigious professional services firm operating globally and are seeking a Payroll Coordinator for their London office. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, solid knowledge of payroll legislation and a willingness to develop expertise in EMEA payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Process UK and EMEA payrolls, handling all payroll data and liaising with external providers.
• Administer starter and leaver processes, including issuing P45s.
• Reconcile and process employee benefits such as cycle‑to‑work schemes and season tickets.
• Collect monthly overtime data and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
• Support annual benefit renewals.
• Assist with ad‑hoc project work as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of payroll legislation.
• Willingness to learn and develop EMEA payroll knowledge.
• Experience with complex payrolls in a busy environment is advantageous.
