Payroll Management Partner

About the role

Join GXO Logistics as a Payroll Management Partner and ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time. This permanent, remote‑first position involves occasional site visits and flexible working hours to support the fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on payroll queries, policies and systems to managers and colleagues.
• Process payroll data accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Monitor payroll activities, proactively resolving issues before deadlines.
• Support end‑of‑year reporting, pay reviews and HRIS updates.

Required profile

• Strong payroll knowledge with experience managing large, multi‑frequency payrolls.
• Excellent IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Office and HRIS/Payroll systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Logical, practical problem‑solving approach.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and influencing skills.

What we offer

• Salary between £32,000 and £35,000 per annum.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
