About the role
We are seeking a permanent PCB Solderer and Wiring Assembler to join our team in Poole. The role involves hands‑on assembly and soldering of cable harnesses and printed circuit boards for a variety of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Strip and prepare cables for assembly.
- Pre‑process cables and perform crimping operations.
- Construct wiring cable looms and install terminals on cable ends.
- Carry out basic soldering tasks on PCBs and related components.
- Perform minor PCB work as required by project specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in cable/PCB soldering or prototype wiring.
- Ability to work Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑16:30 and Friday until 13:30.
- Commitment to a 12‑week probationary period leading to permanent employment.
