PE Teacher – Full‑time, Long‑term Position (Cambridgeshire)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑regarded secondary school in Cambridgeshire to hire an enthusiastic PE Teacher for a full‑time, long‑term role starting in September. This position offers the chance to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 and contribute to a supportive, achievement‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Promote participation, teamwork and a positive attitude towards physical activity.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Support extracurricular sports activities where possible.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student development and achievement.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
