Pensions Project Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Pensions Project Specialist to join the Outsourcing line of business at our Redhill office. Working in a hybrid model, you will support the end‑to‑end delivery of pension‑related projects, ranging from simple data requests to large‑scale exercises such as trivial commutations, investment changes and buy‑in activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review new project requests, elicit and document full requirements through analysis, discussions and workshops.
• Scope and cost projects, collaborating with the TAS team to capture all elements accurately.
• Translate requirements into detailed project plans, defining timelines, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• Take ownership of smaller projects, delivering them on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Support larger, complex projects by contributing to planning, coordination and execution.
• Extract, manipulate and present data, perform calculations and reporting, and ensure compliance with scheme rules.
• Maintain and update member records where required and identify opportunities for system automation.
• Manage relationships with clients, client managers and internal stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and proactive communication.
