About the role
Saga plc is looking for a credible HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working mainly from Folkestone 2 to 3 days a week with Wednesdays together. You will cover a key resource while colleagues manage an HRIS project, partnering with the Leadership team in Insurance and working closely with stakeholders to build a future-focused, people-led culture. The salary is £37,000 to £42,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the operational people agenda, ensuring alignment with initiatives and policies
- Partner with the Leadership team in Insurance and support a people-led culture
- Build capability and make sure the people plan supports growth ambitions and improves the colleague experience
- Analyse and use people data to help the business grow and transform
Working approach
- Hybrid model: mainly Folkestone 2 to 3 days a week, with Wednesdays together
- Occasional travel to the London office may be expected
