People Operations Coordinator – HR Automation

About the role

Radiant is building purpose‑built AI infrastructure and needs a People Operations Coordinator to own and automate the employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, off‑boarding, and HR systems while continuously improving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end new‑joiner onboarding, seeking automation opportunities for every manual step.
• Administer employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) across HR systems and implement validation rules and alerts.
• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and playbooks for onboarding, off‑boarding, and system administration.
• Ensure compliance with UK/US labour laws and internal policies across regions.
• Coordinate team socials, off‑sites, and other employee engagement activities.
• Liaise with payroll providers in the UK and US for accurate processing.
• Keep policies, employee handbook, and Notion pages up to date.
• Design, build, and maintain automations, workflows, and AI agents using HiBob, Ashby, and Notion.
• Translate employee feedback into concrete action plans and track progress.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑growth, multi‑geography environment, comfortable working async across EMEA time zones.
• Hands‑on approach to building people systems from scratch in fast‑scaling companies.
• Strong commercial mindset and good judgement.
• Ability to influence managers and senior leaders through credibility.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid pace, and low‑process environments.
