About the role
Google’s People Operations team is looking for a senior People Partner to shape talent strategy across its global product areas. You will work directly with leaders to identify talent gaps, design workforce plans, and drive organizational health.
Key responsibilities
- Identify organizational and talent gaps, develop resourcing and development plans aligned with business strategy.
- Support leaders in selecting and developing leadership talent.
- Monitor trends and metrics to improve organizational health and address undefined problems.
- Provide HR guidance on complex people issues, balancing business needs with risk considerations.
- Advise leaders across countries and job families on people plans and organizational change.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Proven experience in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Experience driving continuous improvement in HR and talent policies.
- Strong ability to build consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
