People Systems Analyst – HRIS/Dayforce (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client, a data‑driven professional services firm, is looking for a People Systems Analyst to own and develop their HRIS capability. The role will lead the implementation and optimisation of the Dayforce platform, ensuring HR processes, data quality and reporting meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Dayforce, including configuration, testing and rollout.
• Administer the HRIS on a daily basis, handling updates, issue resolution and user support.
• Optimise HR processes to align with system capabilities and drive efficiencies.
• Manage integrations between Dayforce, IT systems and third‑party platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS queries, troubleshooting and documentation.
• Deliver training and create user guides to promote system adoption.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity and governance, conducting audits in line with GDPR.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards and management information for stakeholders.
• Analyse workforce data to provide actionable insights and support workforce planning with HR and Finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR systems, HRIS administration or HR data roles.
• Strong background with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Experience delivering or supporting HRIS implementations and rollouts.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse HR data.
• Experience creating management information, reports and dashboards.
• Good understanding of data governance, GDPR and data quality controls.
• Ability to translate data into clear commercial insights.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams across HR, IT and Finance.
• Excellent organisational skills in a structured, process‑driven environment.
