People Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a People Systems Analyst to join our client’s HR team in London. Working hybrid, you will be responsible for configuring, designing and developing Workday HCM solutions that support the organisation’s people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and administer Workday HCM, enhancing business processes and providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Support the optimisation of the Workday environment after tenant consolidation, improving data quality and process consistency.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual administration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.
• Coordinate issue resolution, enhancements and user support requests with the People Systems team.
• Assist with Workday’s bi‑annual release cycle, including testing, implementation and user training.
• Maintain system governance, security settings and data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Workday reporting to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Contribute to Workday‑related projects across multiple modules from configuration through to rollout.

Required profile

• Experience configuring and administering Workday HCM in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commitment to governance, risk and compliance standards.
