Performance Analyst (Investments) – AI Trainer (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Analyst with a focus on investments to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance professionals. You will use your financial expertise to assess AI responses, test complex scenarios, and provide structured feedback that improves model accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance background.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide each new version of the AI.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, performance, and overall quality.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and able to work as an independent contractor.
