Performance Manager – Governance & KPI Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a Performance Manager to drive organisational performance, governance and continuous improvement within our Canterbury office. The role will focus on monitoring key performance indicators, producing insightful reports and supporting governance processes to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs and overall service performance.
- Produce management reports and interactive dashboards.
- Support governance meetings, compliance activities and audit preparation.
- Analyse trends, identify improvement opportunities and recommend actions.
- Assist with policy reviews and internal audits.
Required profile
- Strong analytical ability with a data‑driven mindset.
- Experience creating and delivering management information.
- Governance or compliance experience is desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
