Performance Products Supervisor – Concrete

About the role

Breedon Group plc is seeking a Performance Products Supervisor for its ready‑mix (RMX) concrete team. The role will drive the supply and quality of the Performance Products concrete range across the East of England, supporting customers and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day performance of ready‑mix concrete products at designated sites.
• Monitor product quality, consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with plant managers, technical teams and logistics to ensure efficient production and delivery.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvements to maximise output and minimise waste.
• Support commercial teams with product knowledge and customer requirements.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in ready‑mix concrete, construction materials or a similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of RMX production processes and quality control.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead operational staff.
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify and drive sales opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and build internal and external relationships.
• Located within a commutable distance to the East of England (Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Lincolnshire).
