Branch Assistant

About the role

Join the busy Bedford branch of Williams Trade Supplies as a Branch Assistant. You will work on a varied and active role that includes serving customers on the trade counter, assisting with warehouse duties, and providing administrative support. This position offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter and handle incoming enquiries.
• Accurately pick orders for delivery and assist with general warehouse upkeep.
• Receive, check, and store incoming goods, ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Deliver plumbing and heating products to local trade customers (subject to holding a driving licence).
• Provide administrative support across all branch areas.
