Permanent HR Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious HR Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established recruitment desk in Epsom. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for permanent and fixed‑term roles across Surrey and surrounding areas, focusing on the HR market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business, acquire clients and manage relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct interviews, background checks and match candidates to client vacancies.
• Negotiate offers, close deals and ensure timely placement of candidates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise cross‑selling opportunities and branch success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or recruitment, preferably within HR.
• Resilient and motivated by targets, with the ability to overcome setbacks.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share ideas and best practices.
