About the role

We are seeking motivated Personal Advisors and Youth Workers to join Local Authority Children and Leaving Care teams in London. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in youth services who can start immediately and support vulnerable young people as they transition out of care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one advice and support to young people leaving care.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans in line with statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with social workers, educators and health professionals to ensure holistic support.
• Maintain accurate records and produce regular progress reports.
• Facilitate group activities and life‑skills workshops.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in youth services, preferably within a statutory setting.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to start the role immediately.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
