Join a leading player in the commercial and residential real estate sector, specializing in urban regeneration. Based in the heart of Soho, London, our client offers a collaborative and friendly working environment within a growing, high-performing team.
Missions principales
- Provide comprehensive high-level support to three Division Heads.
- Manage complex, multiple calendars and proactively coordinate schedules.
- Oversee email correspondence and act as a professional point of contact.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics.
- Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and archiving.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and manage expense reports.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking.
- Assist in the organization of networking events and various ad-hoc administrative duties.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (experience in the Real Estate sector is highly advantageous).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a high level of rigor and attention to detail.
- A "muck in" attitude: willing to roll up your sleeves and support the team wherever needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills for professional communication and event coordination.
