Personal Injury Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Leeds office. The role focuses on Fast Track Road Traffic Accident (RTA) matters within the Official Injury Claim (OIC) portal, offering a fast‑paced environment for a driven professional.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of Fast Track RTA claims through the OIC portal.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout their claim journey.
• Communicate with insurers, medical experts and other parties to ensure efficient progress.
• Identify when litigation is required and prepare files accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes, procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or assisting with Fast Track RTA matters (OIC/Portal experience essential).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organised with a proactive approach to workload management.
• Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good working knowledge of the RTA claims process from pre‑litigation to litigation.
