Personal Injury Solicitor (0-4 Years PQE)

About the role

This position offers a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive the chance to manage a diverse caseload of multi‑track injury claims while supporting senior lawyers on high‑value catastrophic cases. You will work within a respected claimant team in East Sussex, gaining exposure to complex brain, spinal and amputation injury matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
• Assist senior solicitors and partners on high‑value catastrophic injury cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and liaise with clients, medical experts, and insurers.
• Attend client visits, including home and hospital appointments, as required.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the department through proactive case handling.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with up to 4 years PQE.
• Experience handling personal injury matters.
• Strong communication and client‑care abilities.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in the South East to accommodate travel for client visits.
