Personal Injury Solicitor – 2+ PQE – up to £50,000

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Personal Injury Solicitor with at least two years of post‑qualification experience to join our well‑established litigation team in Cheshire. You will work on a varied claimant caseload, delivering high‑quality legal services and supporting long‑term career development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full spectrum of claimant personal injury matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Handle Employment Law/Professional Liability (EL/PL) and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, with exposure to higher‑value cases where appropriate.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and support to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years PQE within a recognised personal injury team.
• Strong technical knowledge of claimant personal injury litigation.
• Excellent communication, organisational and case‑management abilities.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
