Personal Injury Solicitor – 2+ PQE, up to £50k DOE

About the role

The Legists are seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor with at least two years of post‑qualification experience to join their growing litigation team in Cheshire. This permanent, full‑time position offers exposure to a varied claimant caseload and genuine progression prospects within a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of employer liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare and negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court where required.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and support staff to ensure efficient case progression.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in a recognised personal injury team.
• Strong technical knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures.
• Excellent client‑care skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proactive, communicative and committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
