About the role

The Legists, an established regional law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its Exeter team. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary of £50,000+ and the chance to develop a varied claimant personal injury portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including potential clinical negligence cases.
• Develop expertise across a broad range of injury claims and take on increasing responsibility.
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives to grow the personal injury practice.
• Build relationships within the local community and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
