Personal Injury Solicitor – Healthcare Litigation

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is looking for a senior solicitor to join its Healthcare litigation team in Birmingham. The role focuses on employer's liability and public liability matters arising within healthcare environments, offering exposure to high‑profile, complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employer's liability and public liability claims.
• Lead fast‑track and multi‑track litigation, including strategic case management.
• Prepare detailed evidence analysis, draft pleadings and court documents.
• Provide regular client reporting and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years post‑qualification experience in EL/PL litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Commercially aware, client‑focused and able to work collaboratively.
