Personal Injury Solicitor – Remote (Northern England)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a specialist claimant litigation team that is expanding rapidly. The role is fully remote, serving clients across Northern England, and offers the chance to work on technical, evidence‑led cases rather than routine claims.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of claimant litigation matters.
• Progress files efficiently and to a high standard.
• Review evidence and address liability and quantum issues.
• Liaise with clients, experts, insurers and third parties.
• Handle technical, evidence‑driven litigation work.
• Support the wider team as the department grows.
• Provide a high standard of client care throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in claimant litigation, personal injury or broader civil litigation.
• Confidence in running own files independently.
• Comfort with technical evidence and complex case matters.
• Strong client‑care abilities.
• Ability to manage files efficiently and commercially.
• Experience with fast‑track and/or multi‑track claims.
• Motivation to move into a more specialist litigation role.
• Qualified solicitors, legal executives, experienced fee earners or senior paralegals with hands‑on litigation experience are welcome.
