Personal Injury Solicitor – Remote/Northern England

About the role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury or Claimant Litigation Solicitor (or equivalent) to join a specialist claimant litigation team that is expanding rapidly. The role is fully remote, serving clients across Northern England, and focuses on high‑value, technical, evidence‑led cases rather than routine volume work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of claimant litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Progress files efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
• Review and analyse technical evidence, addressing liability and quantum issues.
• Liaise with clients, experts, insurers and third parties throughout the litigation process.
• Handle fast‑track and multi‑track claims, ensuring commercial efficiency.
• Support the wider department as it continues to grow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in claimant litigation, personal injury or broader civil litigation.
• Confidence in running own files independently.
• Comfort with technical evidence and complex case matters.
• Strong client‑care and commercial management skills.
• Experience with fast‑track and/or multi‑track claims.
• Open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, senior fee earners or senior paralegals.
