About the role

IPS Group is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing Serious Injury team. You will work on high‑profile, life‑changing claims such as brain, spinal and orthopaedic injuries, as well as fatal accident cases.

Key responsibilities

Manage an independent caseload of intermediate and multi‑track personal injury claims.
Support senior colleagues on complex catastrophic injury matters.
Value quantum, negotiate settlements and ensure timely progression through litigation.
Maintain court deadlines and limitation dates with a proactive approach.

Required profile

2–6 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Proven ability to handle higher‑value claims.
Strong client care and communication skills.
Confident case progression and settlement negotiation.
