Personal Tax Manager – Accountancy Practice

About the role
We are seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join a rapidly expanding accountancy practice near Luton Airport. You will lead a varied portfolio of private clients, including high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts and estates, delivering high‑quality compliance and advisory services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of private clients, trusts and estates.
- Provide compliance and advisory services on UK personal tax matters.
- Supervise and develop a team of junior tax professionals.
- Review and ensure the quality of work produced by junior members.
Required profile
- CTA qualified or ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Significant experience in personal tax, trust and estate taxation.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax legislation.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £52,000 to £60,000 per year.
