Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of personal tax matters, identifying planning opportunities and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and review personal tax returns with meticulous attention to detail.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UK tax legislation and ensure full compliance for all client engagements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster satisfaction and repeat business.
• Mentor junior team members, offering technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to deliver integrated professional services.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA).
• Proven experience in personal tax compliance and advisory within a professional services environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and meet strict deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying tax planning opportunities.
