About the role
Join Ultimate Performance’s London team as a Personal Trainer delivering the UP Method to clients in Kensington. You will work full‑time, 40 hours per week, including early mornings and late evenings during the first year, to help clients achieve measurable, science‑backed transformations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one personal training sessions using the data‑driven UP Method.
- Act as a coach and trusted partner, guiding clients through nutrition and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain detailed performance records to track client progress.
- Participate in the company’s onboarding, mentoring and continuous development programmes.
- Uphold the brand’s high‑performance standards and contribute to a results‑focused culture.
Required profile
- A Level 3 Personal Training qualification or equivalent.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
- Genuine passion for transforming lives and a growth‑mindset.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours.
