PFI Contract Delivery Manager

About the role

The PFI Contract Delivery Manager will work closely with the Account Manager (PFI/PPP) and internal stakeholders to ensure that all PFI/PPP and non‑PFI contracts are delivered in line with FM and Project Agreements, statutory regulations, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of FM services, overseeing performance, health & safety, quality and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Project and FM Agreements, client standards, Building Bulletins and Service Output Specifications.
• Develop site‑specific policies and operational procedures aligned with company values and client requirements.
• Liaise with client representatives to maintain constructive, long‑term partnerships.
• Lead and develop staff, fostering a positive employment culture and high retention.
• Produce monthly performance reports, identify risks and opportunities, and manage contract budgets.
• Implement effective risk management, health & safety systems and legislative compliance.
• Report on P&L performance, control aged debt and recover work‑in‑progress.
• Act as Responsible Person for Legionella and HTM duties (AP LV, AP CP, AP Ventas).
• Support on‑call engineers as part of the wider IFM team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management contract delivery and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and Legionella control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&L and procurement gains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and staff leadership skills.
