Pharmacist – 28 hrs Part‑time

About the role

Join ASDA’s community pharmacy team in Shoeburyness, Southend‑on‑Sea, working 28 hours per week on a permanent part‑time basis. You will be the frontline health professional delivering NHS and private pharmacy services to a diverse local customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide clinical advice.
• Deliver a range of NHS and private services, including urgent care and emergency prescriptions.
• Manage and support pharmacy staff, ensuring high standards of customer care.
• Maintain safety and compliance with GPhC regulations.
• Contribute to meeting business targets and service quality metrics.

Required profile

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver national and local NHS services.
• Strong communication and empathy when dealing with customers and vulnerable groups.
• Proven leadership ability in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment.
