Pharmacist AI Trainer – Remote (Leeds)

About the role

Prolific is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its Domain Expert network and help train cutting‑edge artificial‑intelligence models used in healthcare. You will work remotely, reviewing AI‑generated pharmaceutical content and providing feedback to improve accuracy, safety and clinical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated responses to pharmacy scenarios and rate them for accuracy and safety.
• Compare multiple model answers, select the best one and justify the choice based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales or structured feedback to guide model learning.

Required profile

• Current, good‑standing pharmacy licence or registration (PharmD, RPh, etc.) and, where applicable, board certification.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical or hospital pharmacy with confidence in drug‑interaction, dosing and therapeutic reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer and a PayPal account for payments.
• Willingness to self‑declare earnings as a self‑employed participant.
• Readiness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener.
