Pharmacy Business Manager - Field Sales

About the role

Ceuta Healthcare, an IQVIA company, is expanding its Pharmacy Field Sales teams to support independent pharmacies across the UK with a new dedicated Pharmacy Team covering the South East and West of London. The role is based in Reading and involves building relationships with pharmacy teams, running territory visits and driving sustainable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with pharmacy teams and give clear, confident product education.
• Plan and run efficient territory visits to achieve KPIs (call rate, selling calls, orders).
• Spot local opportunities and develop new business across the territory.
• Record activity accurately in the CRM and complete day-to-day admin.
• Follow all compliance standards, including Pharmacovigilance procedures.
• Support in-store execution: merchandise and maintain displays, execute planograms, set up point of sale collateral, dress fixtures and shelves, and coordinate basic supply chain tasks following health and safety guidance.
• Attend six bi-monthly sales team meetings per year, which include an overnight stay.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation, time management and a proactive, goal-focused mindset.
• Ability to present ideas simply and clearly (PowerPoint) and readiness to learn CRM tools.
• Curiosity about the UK pharmacy/OTC sector and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Sales, retail, pharmacy or OTC experience is ideal but not essential, as structured training and ongoing support are provided.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
