Pharmacy Manager – Community Healthcare

About the role

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a community pharmacy in Bracknell. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality patient care while driving commercial performance in a fast‑moving retail health environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to exceed performance targets and provide exceptional patient service.
• Manage stock, day‑to‑day operations and ensure compliance with GPhC (PSNI) standards.
• Drive commercial success, monitor sales, and implement promotional activities.
• Develop and deliver expanded pharmacy and healthcare services to meet local community needs.
• Use clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of health concerns.
• Collaborate with the Regional Healthcare Manager and contribute to the strategic direction of Superdrug’s healthcare offering.

Required profile

• GPhC‑registered pharmacist, preferably with community pharmacy experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding.
• Passion for patient care and willingness to develop into a Regional Healthcare Manager.

Required skills

• Pharmacy operations management.
• Stock control and inventory management.
• Clinical prescribing knowledge (Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed).
