Pharmacy Stores Tech Officer – Distribution & Returns

About the role

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacy Stores Tech Officer to support pharmacy operations across its clinical sites. This role focuses on the efficient handling of medicine returns and the ordering of stock while maintaining strict patient confidentiality. The successful candidate will contribute to high‑quality service delivery in line with established Standard Operating Procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, processing and documentation of medicines returns.
• Order and replenish pharmacy stock in accordance with demand forecasts.
• Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations across multiple clinical locations.
• Ensure all activities comply with patient confidentiality requirements.
• Follow and uphold Standard Operating Procedures to guarantee service quality.
