About the role
Join a fast‑growing digital health company at the forefront of cannabis‑based medicines. As a Pharmacy Technician you will support clinical pharmacists in delivering precise, patient‑centred care for complex, life‑changing conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Review prescription requests and patient documentation for eligibility and compliance with clinical protocols and regulations.
- Identify and flag missing or inconsistent information, escalating queries to the Clinical Pharmacist team.
- Maintain accurate patient and prescription records in internal systems.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians and patient support teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Respond to internal queries about prescription processing and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and quality assurance.
- Support onboarding and training of junior team members as needed.
Required profile
- Level 3 NVQ in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, primary care or broader healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, governance and SOPs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume work accurately.
- Highly organised with strong administrative and documentation review skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑centred approach.
