Planner / Scheduler / Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Planner / Scheduler / Coordinator to join the Planning, Scheduling & Dispatch team in Maidstone. You will be the hub for organising field‑based operatives across the UK, ensuring work is allocated efficiently and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule both reactive and planned jobs for field operatives using workforce management systems.
• Maintain regular communication with operatives to confirm progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor service levels, response times and SLA compliance, escalating potential delays early.
• Track and report on performance metrics and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales.
• Support the day‑to‑day coordination of field operations across the United Kingdom.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, planning, coordination or administration is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data‑entry skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
