Planning Solicitor (3-6 PQE) – Up to £80k + Bonus

About the role

This is a full‑time Planning Solicitor position based in Bristol with hybrid and flexible working. The role offers the chance to work on high‑profile infrastructure schemes, development projects and traditional Town and Country Planning matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on DCOs, major infrastructure consenting regimes and planning applications, appeals and strategy.
• Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements, highways and other planning agreements.
• Provide planning advice on real‑estate, corporate, energy and infrastructure transactions.
• Manage complex projects across energy, transport, utilities, regeneration and infrastructure sectors.
• Develop client relationships, contribute to business development and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with solid planning experience, especially DCOs and major infrastructure consenting.
• Experience in energy, transport, utilities or regeneration projects is desirable.
• Commercially minded, confident with clients and stakeholders, and eager to work in a collaborative team.
