Plasterer – Full‑time on‑site role in Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Plasterer to join projects across the Manchester area. You will prepare and treat surfaces, apply plaster and stucco, and deliver high‑quality finishes on residential and commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Mix plaster, stucco, and related materials to required specifications.
• Set up, maintain and operate plastering tools and equipment.
• Prepare walls and ceilings, repair damaged surfaces, and apply plaster or stucco.
• Finish work to a smooth, consistent standard meeting project specifications.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Complete tasks within agreed timelines on new builds, refurbishments, and commercial projects.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS Card and familiarity with site safety standards.
• Proven practical plastering experience on residential or commercial sites.
• Experience with stucco and ceiling work, including decorative and repair tasks.
• Ability to read and follow basic plans or instructions.
• Good physical stamina, manual dexterity and safe work practices.
• Reliable transport for travelling to multiple sites and flexible working hours.
