Plastering Lecturer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled plasterer to join our team as a Plastering Lecturer. This full‑time position will involve delivering both practical and theoretical sessions to learners in further education colleges, helping them acquire the skills needed for a successful career in construction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons and hands‑on demonstrations in plastering techniques.
• Support learners in developing practical skills and industry knowledge.
• Provide constructive feedback to facilitate student progress.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Qualified plasterer holding an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Passion for the trade and willingness to share expertise.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate learners.
• Commitment to professional development and learner success.
